Reservation & cancellation policy

Upon reservation : a 50% deposit is required.

30 days prior to arrival : the balance has to be settled to fully guarantee the reservation.

These payments can be made by wire transfer using the bank details above. For a credit card payment, a secure link can be sent to the guest upon request.

Cancellation before 30 days prior to arrival: the 50% deposit is retained by the residence.

Cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival date: 100% of the amount of the stay is kept by the residence, no amendment possible.

We highly recommend that you purchase a travel insurance from an insurance company or your travel agency.
Guests are required to personally ensure that they comply with all the rules and regulations in place in France and in their country of origin (CR test, information form…). The residence cannot be held responsible for guests’ negligence. Any request for changes must be submitted exclusively by email to reservation@residencebelledonne.com.
